Looks like AT&T is trying to keep their customers from hopping over to Verizon. According to 9to5mac.com you can recieve 1000 free rollover minutes just by texting "YES" to 11113020. I just did it and it seemed to work for me. Its not a scam nor does it add anything to your bill.
