Its about that time of the year when Girl Scouts will come knocking at your door or setting up their booths in front of the grocery stores. Unfortunately, they are only sold for 3 weeks of the year. Once you miss out, you have to wait an entire year to indulge yourself. You could always spend $$$ and buy crates of them, but who has enough money for that these days?
